All of the Kardashian stories are a bit much and have caused me to not like the family at all.  However, this latest scandal is just mean!

Two women are starting a rumor that Khloe Kardashian is not the biological daughter of the late Robert Kardashian.

1. TAKE MORE RESTROOM BREAKS

There’s a reason it’s called the restroom: It’s the one place—at work or at home—where no one will bother you. If you’re overwhelmed, steal away for a five-minute meditation break. Inhale deeply into your belly and try to focus on your breathing. You’ll emerge calmer, and maybe even more productive. Research shows that meditation can improve your ability to concentrate.

2. SHOW UP FIVE MINUTES EARLY

Everyone knows the feeling: You’re running late, stuck in traffic, glancing at your watch every 30 seconds in frustration. Give yourself extra time to get wherever you need to go. Being an early bird will kill stress by giving you more control over your day and your commitments.

3. CHANGE YOUR STRESS EATING

The best stress-quashing foods are made by Mother Nature, not Baskin-Robbins. Berries are naturally rich in vitamin C, which helps fight increased levels of cortisol, a stress hormone. A handful of pistachios can lower your blood pressure, which means less of a spike when you get that next rush of adrenaline.

4. AND QUIT STRESS DRINKING

Yes, a few cocktails can relax you, but alcohol also prevents your brain from entering stages of deep sleep. And sleep and stress are bound together: Chronic stress can keep you up at night, and a lack of sleep can also lead to further stress. Limit yourself to no more than one drink a night.

5. GET YOUR HEART PUMPING

Stress makes your body spew out two hormones: cortisol and adrenaline. These chemicals put your body into fight-or-flight mode, ratcheting up your energy level and causing your heart to pound and your muscles to tense. Exercise gives you an outlet to release some of that tension. A good workout also increases your levels of “feel-good” chemicals called endorphins.

6. MAKE IT A COMEDY NIGHT

Researchers say that merely anticipating a laugh can jump-start healthy changes in the body by reducing levels of stress hormones, which have been linked to conditions like obesity, heart disease, and memory impairment, to name just a few.

I can’t even imagine how terrible it would be to surf over to tmz.com or watch the Wendy Williams show and hear everyone talking about how your father is not really your father. Yeah, yeah, perhaps, the Kardashians don’t deserve anyone’s sympathy, but still. I don’t like to see people get picked on.

Apparently, two of the late Robert Kardashian’s wives (one ex and one widow) are speaking to the tabloids. They both are telling gossip rags that Robert told them both, in secret, that Khloe is not really his daughter. The Kardashian’s have addressed the topic on their reality show, in jest. Kim is defending the family by saying, “Khloe is 100 percent her dad’s daughter.”

Kris Jenner did release her autobiography recently and admitted to having affairs in the book. Friends of Kris Jenner say she’s unfazed by these rumors and doesn’t have time to care.

Sounds like these two women, Ellen Kardashian and Jan Ashley, are putting the wicked in Stepmother.

Khloe lashed out at the women on twitter today:

“The audacity you have to mention my father’s name like this! Should be ashamed of urself! I let a lot of things slide but this one is really low… YOU ARE DISGUSTING! (yes you know who YOU are).”

Terrible!

These Llanview residents better not screw up Port Charles. Soap opera fans are living in very delicate times.

Pine Valley is desolate now. The next fictional town to vacate is Llanview. After a lot of years, One Life to Live ends its run on Friday. The ONLY ABC soap left is General Hospital. Fortunately, it’s the only one that matters. ;-)

Today there is word that four cast members from OLTL will be joining GH. In fact, they start taping in a couple weeks.

Port Charles! Welcome Blair, Todd, John and Starr. GH producers say their storyline will involve Sonny Corinthos.

Please, don’t mess this up! GH is all we have left!
